SEVEN SPRINGS, Pa. –Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Pennsylvania’s premier resort destination and home of the East Coast’s #1 terrain parks, will stay open for skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing through Sun., April 7.
The latest snowstorm accumulation has totaled almost two feet. The resort has received 50 inches of snow so far in the month of March, nearing the record of 70 inches in 1996. The resort is also nearing the latest date it has ever been open for skiing and snowboarding, April 14 (in 1996).
“We are pleased to offer this opportunity for our passholders, homeowners and guests to experience skiing and snowboarding this late in the season,” said Eric Mauck, Chief Executive Officer. “Our customer base continues to be one of the most passionate in the country and while we were not expecting to remain open in April, our team did an outstanding job to allow us to do so and continue to be the premier resort on the East Coast.”
This weekend, the resort will feature more than 37 slopes and trails and more than 70 terrain park features. Hours of operation will be 9 a.m.-5 p.m. through Sunday and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Hours for next weekend will be announced at a later time.

Season passes for 2013-2014 are now available with individual regular passes starting at $469. Skiers and snowboarders who join the Seven Springs season passholder family for the first time will get to ski the months of March and April for free! Snow tubing also will be open this weekend, Fri. 1 p.m.-8 p.m., Sat. 11 a.m.-8 p.m and Sun. 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Snow tubing thrills will also be available Monday through Thursday, 1 p.m.-5 p.m.
