Shawnee Mountain Annual Hiring Fair and Vaccine Clinic
Shawnee Mountain will host its annual hiring fair on Saturday November 13th from 10am – 2pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with the executives in each department at the resort and are encouraged to bring an application and resume to the event.
The Shawnee Mountain team looks to add staff members to both indoor and outdoor positions for the 2021-2022 season. Immediate openings include full-time and part-time roles in Guest Services, Snowmaking, Rentals & Repair, Ski Instructors, Shipping & Receiving, Ticketing, and Security. Applicants for Ski Instructor positions have the opportunity to attend a free instructor training course approved by the Professional Ski Instructors of America the first two weekends in December. New and returning employees will enjoy increased pay rates, employee incentives, free ski passes, and flexible scheduling.
Lehigh Valley Health Network representatives will be on-site to administer free COVID-19 vaccinations to the public. Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will all be available without appointments, as the federal government now mandates vaccinations for businesses with more than 100 employees.
