Camelback Mountain hosts the Vertical Challenge, a free ski and snowboard race series open to all ages. Participants compete in divisions based on age and gender for a chance to win gold, silver, and bronze medals. In addition to the races, the event features a festival atmosphere with giveaways and activities. Races are free, but participants must purchase a lift ticket and register in advance.
